Jonathan Jarrell

Jonathan “JJ” Jarrell has a proven track record in progressive human resources, leadership, and operations. His expertise includes employment law compliance, workplace cultural improvements, employee relations, retention, recruitment, development, and training. He is skilled in conducting internal investigations, including cultural surveys, harassment, discrimination, performance, and misconduct inquiries. JJ’s proficiency spans both union and non-union organizations, with extensive experience managing HR across multiple sites and states.

Before joining The Krizner Group, JJ held C-Suite HR leadership roles, leading organizations from 240 to 1800 people across nine states. As a certified speaker and leadership coach with the John Maxwell Company, JJ speaks on leadership and cultural transformation for organizations, conferences, and business events. His roles as chapter president for two local HR chapters and as a former District Director for the State of Florida HR Association make him a sought-after counselor on HR matters. JJ’s leadership earned his past employer the ‘Best Places to Work designation’ for six consecutive years. In 2022, he was nominated for HR Professional of the Year by HR Florida.
